1What hours are you open?
We are open from 10 AM – 9 PM Mon – Thur, 8 AM – 8 PM Fri and Sun, 8 AM – 9 PM Sat
2Are you a coin store or a card store?
Our store is currently a coin store. We also offer payouts up to $25. A payout is similar to an ATM, but without the fee. Our attendants conduct payouts at the front desk.
3Can I use a credit card at Super Suds Laundromat?
Yes, you can use it to purchase a payout up $25, to purchase laundry products (such detergent and dryer sheets) or for purchasing wash and fold services.
4How do I know which machine to use and how do I use it?
Our facility is fully attended and always has at least one attendant to help you.
5Is there anything special about your washing machines?
Our machines spin out so much of the water that it takes far less time to dry your clothes. Our washing machines from 20 pounds to 80 pounds in size. You can find exactly what you need. You can be in and out of our laundromat in just an hour.
6How do I sign up for the rewards program and how much does it cost?
Our loyalty program is absolutely free! Ask one of our attendants to sign up and they will add you into our system. Every tenth time that you use your favorite washing machine, you will get a free wash.
Fluff and Fold
1When can I drop off my clothes?
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime during open hours. We are always attended.
2Is there a minimum amount of clothes required?
Our minimum is 10 pounds.
3What is the turnaround time for wash and fold?
Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day. For an additional charge, you can get same-day wash and fold service.
4What products do you use for fluff and fold?
We use only premium brand products for our Wash and Fold. We also offer organic Free & Clear options as well.
Other Questions
1Are you closed on Federal holidays?
We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter and the 4th of July.
2Do you offer Dry Cleaning?
Currently, we do not offer dry cleaning.
3For wash and fold services, how does my laundry get weighed?
The clothing is charged based on the “dry weight”. Sometimes, our customers bring clothes that are wet or damp. Wet clothes and towels weigh more than dry ones, so we don’t want to charge you for wet clothes.
4What if I have other questions that you haven’t answered about your laundry service?
